We have a security protocol in place to ensure your safety and wellbeing during and after every encounter. We are always reachable while you are on a date, and any form of inappropriate behaviour from clients will never be tolerated.

Fleur is founded on ethics, respect, and maturity. We are an all-female team committed to maintaining a safe and dignified work environment. Absolute respect for our escorts comes before all else. In our agency, degrading or exploitative practices common in other agencies are absolutely unacceptable. There are no bonds, passport holding, or any other inappropriate or suggestive conduct. You are paid for your time and companionship, and your companionship is for paying clients only. This same level of professionalism and respect for colleagues is expected from you.

Privacy of clients and escorts

We have strict boundaries in our contracts around personal details to ensure an environment of professionalism. Your discretion is our highest priority. We never divulge or communicate your personal information to third parties, and we guarantee you full confidentiality. Once we have signed a contract to work together, we will choose a suitable stage name for you, and to retain your privacy, only your stage name will be used in all internal communication—our employees, photographers, and other models. In the application form, you are free to include a pseudonym. The application form is only a first contact, and nothing you provide will ever be used publicly.

At Fleur Agency, you will be guided and introduced to clients with great care. Whether you are new or experienced, we will provide you with your desired level of guidance and support. Lack of experience should never deter you, as we will provide detailed explanations of the entire process before your first booking.

Our escort models enjoy high earnings for their work, with clear and transparent agreements made in advance. We cannot disclose this information in detail online, but financial compensation is discussed openly during your interview. Your earnings will depend largely on how much clients enjoy their time with you and whether they are eager to see you again. From our side, we work extensively to encourage repeat bookings and maintain long-standing relationships with clients for you. Your role in this is just as vital.

At Fleur Agency, we aim to create exceptional, standout visuals to attract the highest interest and most sophisticated calibre of clients. This is our marked difference in the market. We spare no expense in getting beautiful, sensual photos that represent you in the best light. Your photoshoot will take place with a professional, all-female team to ensure your comfort, where your input is always welcome. We promote our models across our website, social media channels, and selected directories. For your privacy, photos showing your face and any distinguishing features will be visible to verified clients only.

Financial safety, and a note on scams

We never ask for your credit card or personal financial details during the application process. No reputable agency should ever request any payment from you before a booking takes place. Moreover, as part of our commitment to attracting the highest calibre of talent, the cost of your first photoshoot is entirely covered by us.

A realistic picture

We do not wish to glamourise this industry. It can be emotionally demanding to create a genuine connection with a client who may not be a natural fit, which is essential for high earnings and repeat bookings. In addition, you will be given extended guidance on the nuances and legality of working in the UAE. However, this work offers flexibility combined with high earnings, to give you the freedom to pursue your passions, hobbies, education, online courses, or simply personal growth, while meeting interesting people along the way.

Personal Readiness

  • You are 18 to 35 years old

  • You are under no duress, free to make your own decisions, and genuinely excited to be a part of our agency

  • Your personal life is stable, and you are not in serious financial distress

Appearance

  • Your face is radiant and smiling

  • You are slim, healthy, and have soft, feminine curves

  • You have a beautiful natural figure

  • You have an elegant, feminine sense of style that is refined rather than overly sexual

Character and Presence

  • Intelligent, confident, and well-rounded, with a great sense of humour

  • Your personality is attractive, adventurous, playful, and sensual

  • You are professional and dependable, with a strong work ethic

Availability and Language

  • You are readily available with reasonable notice

  • You are based in Dubai

  • While always free to stop working with our agency at any time, ideally, you are open to committing for a year or more to build meaningful relationships with clients

  • You have a good command of the English language; additional languages such as Russian are an asset

We cannot proceed if:

  • You are under any form of duress

  • You are dependent on alcohol or drugs

  • You are only looking for short-term work and are not open to building long-term client relationships

  • You are unwilling to engage with clients in a warm, personable, and respectful manner

If both sides are aligned, we will invite you to a discreet, in-person meeting at a quiet café in Dubai. Should you wish to proceed, we’ll sign a written agreement, and begin our work as your agent, starting with scheduling your first photoshoot.

Timeline

We are currently accepting applications until mid-July. If your application is a potential match, interviews will be arranged throughout July and early August. Lingerie fittings and photoshoots will take place in August.
