We are an agency in Dubai with an all female team, representing a select group of women aged 21 to 35. Our models have a great level of English, possess natural beauty, and are comfortable making conversation with people from a variety of backgrounds. We take a progressive approach to elite escorting, and offer an environment built on safety, respect, and trust.

About The Founder

Alexandra brings extensive experience in the luxury escort industry, having worked both independently and at top agencies internationally. She has founded and successfully managed a previous agency before relocating to Dubai, and her vision for Fleur Agency is to combine professionalism, safety, and discretion with a personalised approach to client and model relationships. Alexandra is dedicated to creating an environment where elite companions can thrive, work with confidence, and feel fully supported at every stage of their journey.

    • Our dates all take place in client’s luxury hotel rooms, with verified clients. Dates in private locations such as villas or chartered yachts are accepted from existing and trusted clients only.

    • Majority of our dates are from 1 hour to 4-5 hours (dinner dates), with some very occasional bookings of overnights or several days as travel companions.

    • We offer generous pay (200USD per hour) combined with flexibility and free time, to allow you to focus on study or self development, rest, socialisation and a personal life.

    • Most models work around 15 days per month, with no more than three to four bookings a day. Schedules are based on your availability.

    • Our agency puts consent first: you are free to decline any booking, decline to see a client again or leave a booking at any time.

    • We do not purchase flights or extend accommodation on credit. This is a legal and ethical boundary, as this fits the international standard for human trafficking, and any debt to an agency may coerce women to work. You should either reside in Dubai or plan to relocate independently.

    • We have a secure setup with private, supportive systems in place. We have strict security protocols that you are expected to adhere to, ensuring you are safe and comfortable before, during, and after all dates.

    • As part of our commitment to attract the highest calibre talent and create the best visuals on the market, we pay for your photoshoot, working with an all-female team of professionals, where your comfort is our first priority.

    • You will receive all guidance necessary, from preparing for your first booking to creating long-term client relations.

    • Our compensation is transparent and generous, and set out clearly in our contract. Your earnings are based on how well you’re able to establish an emotional connection with a client. From our side, we have a dedicated team devoted to managing ongoing client relations and encouraging repeat bookings for you, but your role in this is just as important.

    • Women aged 21–35, mature and intelligent

    • Great level of English (additional languages a plus), naturally beautiful, poised, and ability to make anyone feel at ease

    • Open to building long-term connections with clients—while free to stop working with us any time, we prefer candidates who are oriented to a long term commitment with our agency

    • Individuals free from duress, not reliant on substance use, personally and financially stable

    3. We will arrange a meeting in a public cafe in Dubai for a final interview. If both parties are happy to proceed, we will sign a contract, and begin our work as your agent, starting with planning your first photoshoot.
